Friday, February 1, afternoon

03:00 - 06:00        arrive at the Tulsa Radisson Hotel, go to the lobby/hallway area, sign in - Lee Griffin

04:00 - 07:00        meet with your Tulsa host family and assigned students, depart for your overnight stay

Saturday, February 2, afternoon and evening

02:30 - 02:45        arrive at the hotel, go to the lobby/hallway area, sign-in - Lee Griffin

02:45 - 03:45        practice presentations, skits, and songs ("Let There Be Peace on Earth", "We are One")

03:45 - 04:15        rehearse the two songs for the banquet and receive instructions for the banquet

04:15 - 04:45        discuss year-end tours (east coast, west coast) - Chuck Frazier

04:45 - 06:30        change into evening attire (home country outfits or exchange blazers), practice skits                          

06:30 - 07:00        take your seat in banquet room     

07:00 - 09:30        banquet 

09:30 - 10:00        change to casual clothes, collect all your personal items, depart for lock-in -- and have some FUN!

Sunday, February 3, morning

09:00 - 10:00        arrive at the hotel, go to the lobby/hallway area, sign-in, wait for your ride home
