When you register, we request that you:
1. Complete a registration form for each person attending.
You have the option to cycle through the registration process as many times as needed prior to checking out.
2. Register the students at the same time, i.e., at the district level, rather than by individual clubs.
This minimizes the opportunity for duplication.
3. Call the Radisson Hotel directly at (918) 627-5000, or use the toll free reservation number (888) 201-1718.
Ask for the Rotary Youth Exchange rate of $77; this rate is good until January 18.
4. Please plan to stay at the conference through Sunday morning.
