TRAVEL INFORMATION

2. If you're you're flying, we very strongly suggest that you fly into the Houston Hobby Airport.

3. If you want to use a complimentary shuttle service to take you from Houston Hobby Airport to the hotel and conference center, please:

        a. call the shuttle service at 281-334-3873

        b. tell them that you're with the SCRYE Conference

        c. tell them that you're going to the South Shore Habor Resort and Conference Center

        d. tell them your airline name, flight number, and flight arrival time

        e. expect a reserved shuttle departure time of either: 7:50 am, 9:30 am, 12:00 noon, 4:00 pm, or 8:00 pm

        f.  expect that your reserved shuttle will leave from "Curb Zone #12", outside the baggage claim

        g. expect to pay $20 for a one-way private shuttle if you don't have a reservation

        h. make this call at least 24 hours before your flight will arrive at Houston Hobby Airport

You must contact the South Shore Habor Resort and Conference Center, by July 2, to make your room reservation at the special Conference rate.  Please call 281-334-1000 and ask for the South Central Rotary Youth Exchange room rate of $104.00 for single or $114 for double. This rate is available for check-ins begining on July 16 and check-outs as late as July 21.
