REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE

1. When you register, we request that you register on-line and complete a registration form for each person attending.

You have the option to cycle through the registration process as many times as needed prior to checking out.

2. Prepare to register both as a Needie and as a Smartie. for more on the "Needie / Smartie" idea, click here.

3. When you register as a Needie:

    a. please state each of your four Needie topics by separately numbering them: 1., 2., 3., 4.; and

    b. please state each Needie topic clearly in fifteen words or less.

4. When you register as a Smartie:

    a. please state each of your four Smartie topics by separately numbering them: 1., 2., 3., 4.; and

    b. please state each Smartie topic clearly in fifteen words or less.

5. You must contact the South Shore Habor Resort and Conference Center, by July 2, to make your room reservation at the special Conference rate. Please call 281-334-1000 and ask for the South Central Rotary Youth Exchange room rate of $104.00 for single or $114 for double. This rate is available for check-ins begining on July 16 and check-outs as late as July 21.

6. Please plan to stay at the conference through Sunday morning's Extra-Special Delights Surprise.
