This blog has been neglected for too long.
So I’m starting a new one, on blogger, because I like it better over there for several reasons.

While eating dinner, we received the worst news. Our neighbor informed us that our sweet little kitty had been hit and killed by a car.
Nate went to rescue her lifeless body while the news sank in for me.
Today has been absolutely horrible. Earlier my back completely froze up- I have no idea why, but i can’t even move my neck, and then this... it’s hard to cry when you can’t move.

We held a little funeral for her in the back and buried her beneath our pear tree. She has been in our family for 4 years. The last 1.5 years she has been an outdoor cat and has absolutely loved it, even though I worried all the time that something like this would happen.

It’s the holiday season

I miss christmas music. I’m one of those people who have it playing all month and nate is one of those people who absolutely hates it (playing all month, not necessarily christmas music.)

Temple Square Lights - round one

We went to temple square with my parents last week. Needless to say, we didn’t have the proper attire for the weather so we had to make do with what we had around the house. Joel’s little outfit- a beauty!
It was his first time really playing and walking around in the snow and he loved it. Not even phased by how cold it was.

We are going to go again this weekend with Nate’s sisters. I hope the weather is a little better.
