Saturday was a pretty quiet day. Mom did laundry early morning. I did some work. Late morning we took off to the north side of the island to visit the ALTA VISTA chapel -

first Catholic Church built on the island in late 1800’s. It was in pretty good shape for it’s age. We went down to the ocean their to a small inlet boiling over with wave action. we then left headed for some special rock formations but never made it - Mom left her good sandals back at the inlet. Instead we went home and relaxed by the pool and I took a good NAP!!!
