The four quarters and their cardinal points are POWERS and the four cross quarters are ways in which we Celebrate or mark their expression.

The Wheel of Place is the seasonal and spiritual wheel of the year, for California. It is based upon studies of the San Jose bay area and Native California Traditions, and as well as work with other wheels from indigenous and tribal cultures from around the world, and the Wheel of Anna ( by Kathy Jones) in Britain, which is the wheel of Avalon.
"The Wheel of Place" is unique with its' topography and seasonal climate of California and its energies as manifest in each place. The wheel of Place is is a compass to navigate the spiritual and terrestrial landscape of yourself/the microcosm and the land-/the macrocosm. Above, below, within and without as you relate to the yourself, your sense of direction and your energetic connection to the world in which you live.
