Rosemary Garner is an award- winning independent producer based in Seattle, Washington.  Since 1991, she has created documentary and public affairs programs for local, national and international PBS audiences.  As an independent producer, her work includes both corporate and indie videos.

A successful public television and freelance producer, Ms. Garner manages projects of all sizes, from low budget music videos to million-dollar PBS specials.  She is well-connected and has a long history of bringing together talented teams to produce quality projects on schedule.
