In February, 2006, two women board the Greyhound bus in Portland, OR and after a long journey with many transfers, dismount in Honduras near the north caribbean coast. There they establish a two-person monastery, medical mission, and experiment in sustainable living as nuns using Quaker and Methodist practices. Now beginning their fifth year, they seek other women to join them.
