An actor, comedian, playwright, and award-winning advertising writer and creative director, Ron doesn’t like to sit down. Trained at the legendary Second City, he has performed stand-up at clubs, conferences, organizations and campuses all over North America. His one man play, The Canadian Baby Bonus was called a “finely crafted, beautifully performed theatre piece” and has been performed to sold out houses in Toronto and Edmonton.

He has written for television and has appeared on Report on Business Television, Off the Record, Out of Bounds, Media Television, RadioActive, and CBC’s Venture.

One of Canada’s busiest corporate comedians, Ron has performed all over North America for American Express, Bell, CIBC, Coke, Dell, Frito Lay, Kraft, KPMG, McDonalds, Microsoft, Nortel, Pfizer, Volvo, and many others.

Currently Vice-President & Creative Director at Sharpe Blackmore Euro RSCG, Ron also knows a thing or two about creativity. He has created campaigns for clients including Evian, Hershey, Kraft, Intel, Microsoft, RBC, Sprint, Volvo, Xerox, and many others. His work has been recognized by Graphis, The London International Advertising Awards, The New York Festivals, The Crystals, The Extras, The Canadian Marketing Association, The Marketing Awards and others.

Not surprisingly, his approach to creative thinking has put him in demand as a speaker on the subject. He has delivered his keynote addresses, “Everyone’s a Comedian (or at least they should be)” and “Personal Branding” to many organizations and associations.
