A Water Quality Seminar that goes far beyond the basics. Learn the secrets of sanitizers, water balance and proper test kit use. The seminar will teach hands-on testing of prepared samples. The instructor will teach sanitation, and then each student will test their prepared water sample. Likewise, the concepts of pH are taught and then the students test their prepared water sample. Great emphasis is placed on the causes and corrections of false test results. In a like manner, total alkalinity, calcium hardness and cyanuric acid will be explained and individually tested. Water Balance problems will be worked out and corrective steps detailed, with student participation.
