The Pool Owner/Operator is often faced with making technical choices, concerning their recreational water facility, for which they do not have the expertise or background. These decisions occur in the original design stages as well as during operation and subsequent pool renovation and modernization projects. The Owner/Operator often leaves the settlement of important issues to designers and/or contractors who have little or no concern for on going operational and risk management considerations. Tropical Aquatics can act as the advocate for the Owner/Operator.
