Short Biography
I was born and raised in New York City. If it’s the sort of thing you care about, it was the Upper West Side of Manhattan and I went to Cathedral School and Dalton. After high school, I headed to California, to Pomona College on the outskirts of LA. I moved across town to UCLA for grad school, where I spent the 90s. I moved around a lot, living in Hollywood, South Pasadena, and Silver Lake. I got a job in Lincoln, Nebraska for two years, and then one in Salt Lake City for another two. Finally, I landed in Auburn, Alabama, pretty far from where I started. I got married a little over two years ago to a woman I met on a trip to Virginia, and we now have two kids, Anabella and Bunker.
