Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI) was recently held (June 2nd) at Space 360 in Hudson, New York. A total of 41 Club officers came to TLI to focus on their responsibilities as a club officer and to explore important strategies and methods of effective leadership.
 
Club Officers trained at TLI 1: 12 Presidents, 6 VPEs, 4 VPMs 5 VPPRs, 4 Secretaries, 8 Treasurers and 2 Sergeant at Arms.

#11 - Forty-one (41) club officers were engrossed in the opening TM 606 "Everything you need to know ..." Bill Desormeau, from HANYS, listens.
#23 - TM 121, "Club Educational Programing," provided a forum for club Vice Presidents Education to share successes
 
#25 - How to motivate members during TM 602, "Evaluating the Speaker" under the leadership of Instructor Walter Beveridge
#28 - Instructor Liz Trendowski leads a discussion group during TM134, Membership Building, in the Second Floor Conference Room.
#36 - Sam Young leads discussion with Club Secretaries and Club Treasurers during TM 145, "Record Keeping."
#37 - Instructor Croix Sather (left) leads the TM123 "Special Events" session.
#03 - Wayne Botha of CIGNA Lunchtime manages the Bookstore with many TI catalog items for sale.
#44 - "Rejuvenating Your Club" sparked much discussion under the leadership of Walter Beveridge, Sam Young, and Dave Wheeler.
