Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI 4) was recently held (July 28th) at Manchester Church of Christ in Manchester, CT. A total of 160 Club officers came to TLI to focus on their responsibilities as a club officer and to explore important strategies and methods of effective leadership.
Club Officers trained at TLI 4: 28 Presidents, 19 VPEs, 24 VPMs, 21 VPPRs, 27 Secretaries, 23 Treasurers and 18 Sergeant at Arms.
