Working with this talented cake maker was a delight for an always hungry sweet tooth like myself! We discussed how to make the shop as inviting and tasty looking as we could and I think we achieved it. At an earlier stage in the owners career he was known as the “Tartan Patissier” possibly due to his early Scottish roots. You can see an early design we created for the imaginary “Clan of the Patissier” tartan for his old van.
