Children’s Our World Festivals

are large scale events featuring performers and performances from a range of cultural backgrounds. They were started in 1993 to give pupils from a mainly white/rural background an experience of the richness and diversity of their own society and thereby contribute to their understanding of the nonsense that is racism.
