The World Changer Resources site went active on Wednesday, the 16th of April. The launch was the culmination of nearly six months of efforts by the team at Walden Media, in conjunction with Walt Kallestad of Community Church of Joy and the International Bible Society. The site can be accessed at www.worldchangersresources.com. This site contains tools to help churches learn the lessons William Wilberforce implemented to stop the Slave Trade and apply them in ministry to their own communities. The kit includes a DVD of the film Amazing Grace that can be licensed and shown in churches, along with the tools needed to use the film with small groups and even entire churches to move out of the walls of the church into the surrounding community in a spirit of service. The companion book written by Walt and Bob is part of the kit, along with a new biography of John Newton published by Send the Light.
