Rental Agreement

Your  $200  deposit is required within one week of your reservation.  We charge $35.00 for a returned check. 

Your deposit is fully refundable with timely cancellations (90 days prior to stay).

Payments:

1. We require a $200 downpayment/security deposit with in seven (7) days of your reservation. 
   

2. One-half (1/2) the rental fee is required within 60 days of arrival.
   

3. The balance is due fourteen (14) days before your arrival.
   

4.   The $200.00 deposit will be mailed within one week of your return.
   

You and the caretaker will inspect the house upon your arrival and departure. Your evaluation sheet will include a space for suggestions and we hope you will help us improve accommodations. 

We will keep your deposit in the event of negligent damages and hold you responsible for additional costs for repair or replacement.  We do not anticipate this happening because you agree to treat Long Reach as you would your own home.  You are going to be wonderful guests!

However, you will be responsible for damages caused by carelessness.  We will not hold you accountable for damages beyond your control.  .

Payment: We accept checks, bank transfer, or Pay Pal.   Please contact us first with your preference. We give a discount for bank draft or USA personal checks.
