For Your Convenience:
Long Reach is equipped to handle to several couples or extended families. Our vacation rentals are newly furnished, and all afford gorgeous ocean views. Ideal for a family vacation or romantic getaway.
All of the units have ceiling fans and air conditioning.
Telephone
We have a land line (local calls). Long distance must be made with a purchased international card. You will need to purchase a card at one of the local stores.
Kitchen
Stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker (and espresso pot), blender, waffle iron, mixer, pots and pans, dishes and silverware.
Bathroom
Bath towels are provided. There are a few beach towels. There is a draw full of goodies (shampoos, aspirin, aloe vera, etc.) in case you forgot something. Please add a contribution if you like. All three bathrooms feature have showers but not tubs.
Living Room
Direct TV (upstairs only) with DVD and VHS. Small selection of videos. Radio and CD player. Books and board games.
You will find table books on Pennsylvania and other places. We would love you to contribute a photo book on your home state or particular area.
Bedrooms
Bedding is supplied. There is an iron and an ironing board. Hangers and extra pillows are in the closets. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom.
Each apartment has one bedroom. The upstairs has a king, downstairs a double and Cabana a double with a single upper bunk. Extra guests can be accommodated on futons and sofa beds, which are features of each apartment.
Outdoor living
There is a gas grill and deck furniture. We have four bicycles you can borrow, and some snorkeling gear--not top of the line but suitable for beginners. We have 4 tennis rackets and balls.
There are ice coolers, beach chairs and umbrellas you can borrow for the beach. We have beach noodles, sand buckets, beach volley ball, and Frisbees. There are binoculars and a simple telescope.
There is a water dispenser, but you will have purchase refills.

Rates are for up to 4 guests, Additional guests are each $100 per week. (Christmas & Easter weeks exceptions)
Our weeks go Saturday to Saturday, or 7 nights. We will adjust to accommodate as our reservations allow. Book early for additional discounts.

Per diem rate is $175 for upstairs unit and $150 for downstairs unit. Cabana is $125 per day.
Discounts may be available for extended stays depending on the booking schedule.
Payment:
You may pay with US personal check, or a bank draft ($15 fee), cashiers check or by using Paypal. We give a discount for using cashier checks and money orders.
Contract and deposit information
Transportation
There is a taxi service from Governor’s Harbour (and the other airports). You do not have to make reservations for taxi service. You will have to make reservations for a rental car. We can handle this for you, but need a heads-up.
You can walk or ride our bikes to nice beaches. You can walk to Rainbow Inn for dinner, and the tennis courts are nearby,
If you wish to rent a car please let us know and we will connect you with that service. Our caretaker provides rental vehicles. Plan to spend $60 per day. Week or longer discounts available.
Namaan’s rentals
There is a lot to see on the island and you will use the rental car. If you just want to get away and enjoy the beach and each other, you can get along without a car. You will probably want a rental, but it is your decision.
Boating, deep sea fishing, scuba diving etc. You can make arrangements on the island. See the links page. Our caretaker can connect you with someone to take you out.
