Well, I got released from the Dr. and can start my running again. Hurray! I can’t wait, but will have to until tomorrow (friday) when I’ll go back out running again. My big question? Where should I start running from, week one, week three, week five? I know I am not up for week seven, but I do feel pretty good think week one would be way to easy. I am strongly leaning towards week five. I’ll let you know how it goes.
Of other news, to get back into running I join a team at Sparkpeople.com with others starting the Couch to 5K program. It should be fun to run with others during the program, something I really liked when running through nike+ with a few guys.
The podcast continues to blow my mind over its success. it has become so successful that I had to move it to another server because I was having to many downloads. If you subscribed through itunes, there should be no change. But if you want to see the site, or if you download them as you go, it is now available here.
One more not to my friend FunkyGuitarGirl, I heard the same problem you did on week four when I ran it. I rushed back home after my run and fixed it and uploaded it. If anyone has an older version of the podcast, about 3 weeks or more, trash it and redownload the episode, or go here for it.
