A Quick Update Abigail Sofia Bouwens was born on June 5. We are so thankful for a fabulous birth and a smooth adjustment - at least so far. Samuel will be five in July. He is a proud big brother who tells Abby that his job is to “protect you from Elissa”. He is reading well and enjoyed playing spring soccer. Elissa is 2 1/2 years old, and has become quite a character. She loves to smother “Abbybaby” with kisses, hugs and toys, and is always very happy to share her opinions with everyone who will listen. Rob now works as Program Manager for Rolls-Royce on new applications. After finishing his MBA in 2007, he enjoyed the variety of roles that he had in the UK. Julie has re-painted the inside of the house and generally finished nesting. A favorite project is the new kitchen garden, which is doing a great job supplying us with fresh salads and strawberries. We are looking forward to the many more vegetables to come.
