We hope that you enjoy learning about our group and looking at the photos from some of our recent missions. What the pictures cannot express is that the participants on a mission feel like family. Last year’s mission to Licey al Medio, just outside of Santiago de los Caballeros, in the central part of the Dominican Republic was a resounding success made possible by all of the volunteers shown above. Equally important , donors who did not accompany us made generous contributions of time, money, equipment or supplies. The goal of our organization is to work in close partnership with residents of the region to provide high quality and accessible medical and surgical eye care to many individuals in rural areas who are unable to secure health care of this caliber.
