ABOUT THE SILENT AUCTION & HOW IT WORKS
What to expect...
Hors d’oeuvres and wine, cider and other beverages will be served all evening long.
You may show up at the door.

When you arrive, you will pick up your bidder number and begin to peruse the works.
The minimum bids are posted on sheets of paper next to each item. Simply write in your name, bidder number and the price you would like to offer, as long as it’s higher than the minumum bid, and higher than any previous bids.
Check back frequently to adjust bids on items you desire.
At 9:00 a warning will be sounded, notifiying everyone that the bidding will end in 15 minutes, at 9:15.
At 9:10, another warning will be issued, so be sure, if you really want to be winner of certain pieces, that your bid is the highest on the sheet.
At 9:15, the auction will end, and the highest bidders will bring their bid numbers to the main checkout/payment desk for processing.
