Here’s a bit of technical information before you start, just incase you’re new to this world of podcasting: you will need to download & install iTunes to listen to my audio podcasts. You can download iTunes for Mac (Mac OS X 10.3.9 or later) or PC (Windows 2000 or XP) for free. Click here.
 
In order to watch the video clips on my podcast page you will need to download & install Quicktime player as-well. Click here.
 
The site menu is located at the top of this page, underneath the title.
