Jim, Tweed & Lottie enjoy a lunchtime stroll at their 5 star spa retreat holiday in Wales this summer. The day starts at 7am with a cold shower, guided meditation and a 10 minute yoga session. This is followed by spiritual discussion groups with the sheep, ducks and chickens. Light & healthy
