Jim, Tweed & Lottie enjoy a lunchtime stroll at their 5 star spa retreat holiday in Wales this summer. The day starts at 7am with a cold shower, guided meditation and a 10 minute yoga session. This is followed by spiritual discussion groups with the sheep, ducks and chickens. Light & healthy vegetarian meals are served at mealtimes. Jim enjoyed the following treatments during his stay; colonic irrigation, shiatsu massage and a pagan re-birthing and primal scream therapy session.
**Also available are trips to see Merlin’s birth place in nearby Carmarthen (“Merlin’s field”) and a chance to enjoy Merlin’s festival in June.
