***Upcoming shows***

Thanks to all of you who have been supporting our band for the past five years. For the most part, we’re just a cover band, but we’re a different kind of cover band. All of our music is acoustic. We take everyone’s favorite songs, and we strip them down to the most basic form and perform them. It’s kind of like “Unplugged” but even more so. We don’t have a drummer or a bass player; we don’t use a drum track or any other “canned” music. If it can’t be done using two acoustic guitars, we don’t do it. We are fueled by the energizing vocals of Rick and Malissa Whited, and it’s polished off with some sweet lead guitar from Marty Yount. Rick even throws some harmonica into the mix once in a while. Come out and listen if you want to get a hearty taste of what we’re about.

Click on the calendar link above and make it to one of our (my) gigs. We still hope to do the St. Patty’s Day thing at Malarkey’s in 2009, and we’ve been asked back to the Erie St. Joe’s Labor Day Festival next September... so we got that goin’ for us.

Click play and hear a minute of “Southern Cross,” and two minutes of “Kind and Generous.”  It gives a good example of our voices.

We’re officially on hiatus!!!  But... I’m playing with John from 8 until 11 or maybe 12 on Thursday night (January 8.)

The future’s uncertain, but we know that we’re at least taking a month or two off.  In the meantime, I’ve gone ahead and booked some acoustic shows with John from Hoozier Daddy.  We’ll be at Trapperz on Thursday nights for a while (unless I’m booked at The Blarney.) You can check the schedule below if that interests you a bit :0)

I’LL SEE YOU THIS THURSDAY NIGHT at TRAPPERZ!!!

It’s always more fun when you join the theme team!  Some past successful theme nights:  BEACH NIGHT, MUSTACHE NIGHT, PIRATE NIGHT and UGLY SWEATER NIGHT
