Over the years we have boated and visited nearly every body of water in the State of Florida and decided that the Suwannee River was the best place for us.   Highly protected, pristine and quiet, fed by hundreds of springs,  the Suwannee floods yearly to keep the river clean and the crowds low.  No speed limits make it a favorite for cruisers and the low traffic makes a smooth ride for skiers.  Swimming, tubing, fishing and hanging out with the family are our other favorite activities.   Take the plunge.   The waters waitng.
