Oh how I loath thee.  So I get the dang DVD in from Microsoft.  I wanna toss it on my PC because I can’t find the XP Pro disc I have and the PC needs a re-install so badly.  I figure why not, I’ll order the Beta DVD from Microsoft cause all I really do on the PC is run World of Warcraft and all the reviews have said that it works.

 

I get the HD out of the PC, copy off all the important data (read porn).  Pop the drive back into the PC and put the DVDrom drive in it.  It won’t boot.  I get the DOS screen, but it won’t even attempt to boot the OS from the DVD or from the HD that was in the machine and running like an hour ago.  WTF MATE.  It figures, I know I shouldn’t be messing with PCs anymore.  So I try a few tricks, nothing.  I have no clue what the hell is up.  

 

I think I’m just gunna drop the damn thing off with someone and let them tinker with it.
