The good and bad thing about students is that they graduate, and this week we say a fond farewell to our friend and colleague Heather Ross, who has been an integral member of the VLC Research Lab since its inception. Here are a few pictures from her last day in the lab. On her way out the door (literally), Heather spent a few minutes commenting on some of the favourite things she has learned about virtual learning communities. The piece runs a little over six minutes (longer than normal, but that’s only 2 minutes for each year Heather was with us). Here is an .mp3 version of the interview.
