Following our products into the field
 
Instructional designers in higher ed do a lot of faculty development along the way, and what seems like a simple relationship sometimes turns into long term life support as an instructor implements new approaches.  One lesson IDers have learned is to follow their "products" into the field.  And the picture doesn't have anything to do with anything.  It's just a place I really like.  Here's the .mp3 version.
