Convocation and community

Wow, do I sound depressed in this podcast! I got a little reflective about the way we generate community in our program, and I suppose there was a little sadness about the people who are leaving. At any rate, the upshot is that community is about more than strategies; there’s a heart & soul to it that goes beyond the explicit elements we talk about in our research. Here is the .mp3 version.
