Welcome to my homepage
For the last 10 years or so, I have been travelling in Arctic and Antarctic regions. I started as a tourist, decided to become a student of polar marine ecology and have gradually included guiding and diving into my repertoire.
After spending several seasons as expedition cruise (dive) guide and sea ice researcher in both Arctic and Antarctic waters, I have now established a permanent base in Longyearbyen, Svalbard, where I work as port & shipping agent. From time to time, I take a couple of weeks to go back to expedition cruising or to go on a private trip - more about this here.
