Photos of our 10th Anniversary trip to Isla Mujeres, a tiny island off the coast of Cancun, Mexico. Our trip consisted mostly of eating, drinking & relaxing except for one day of swimming with the dolphins which, although very touristy and corny, was actually one of the highlights of the trip. We stayed at a small B&B called Villa Las Brisas right on beach. It had its own pool and cantina area so there weren’t a whole lot of reasons to go anywhere else. We rented a golf cart to get around the island and capped off the trip with a private sunset dinner on the beach. The local eateries were all excellent, some of the best fish, chorizo tacos and shrimp dishes we’ve ever tasted.
