Meanfiddler: "The Racket smell of London and occupy an alley in the dark end of Punk Road, singing songs you are likely to remember when the fog clears"

London four piece The Racket, originating from a small town inhabited by hobbits called Enfield in North London are led by vocalist and guitarist Paul Turner. They began writing together in early 2003 after heavy inspiration from such boybands as N-Sync, O-Town and Backstreet Boys. Less than a year later and they have built up a strong local following and established themselves on the London circuit playing regular gigs at such venues as the Bull and Gate and Upstairs @ the garage. Song writer Paul Turner's diverse influences range from The Clash and the Ramones right through to the indie band's of today such as The libertines.

Mark Bio
In many ways, Mark, younger but not lesser brother to Paul, resembles great leaders like Margeret Thatcher and John Major as he has established his very own fanclub and now designs a range of glitter glue and various other shiny products. Mark also has a keen interest in purchasing the latest garments that also contain glitter produced by his own glitter glue store. His favourite colour is the rainbow. Will
Although Will denies rumors that a love affiar with Emily from his former band 'Plenoptic' forced him to leave his old band, all facts seem to point to his decision to form a new band and leave Plenoptic as sexual tension was apparently too high forcing both Will and Emily to bathe together in underground caves.
Mr Steadman also denied accusations in a recent press event about sexual relations with Prince Harry. His favourite colour today is orange Paul
After choosing a career in teaching, Mr Turner decided that children (his biggest inspiration) just needed some decent music to grow up to and so began a journey that would take him somewhere he had never been before; the london transport museum. His favourite colour is pink Tristan
Tristan was originally thought to have been conceived by guitars and raised by beavers on a small island off the coast of Mexico.
