The journey is complete. I rolled into a dark Vancouver on October 5, 2008; five years and 154,000 kilometers after I left Vancouver in May 2003. I am pleased to be able to offer you a happy ending! Last years calendar ended at the Ethiopian border, and this calendar picks up there. The journey from there takes me across the Red Sea and it’s Somalian pirates into the Muslim world of Yemen, Oman  and UAE. Iran,  Pakistan and the rest of the ‘stans on on the way to Russia and Mongolia follow. With hard to get to mountain ranges, paperwork beyond belief, and no other native english speakers around, it is adventure travel at its finest.                            
 
There are three ways to buy the calendar:
 
1. Stop by in person, as I will have a booth at the following Motorcycle Shows:
Calgary: January 9-11, 2009.
Edmonton: January 16-18, 2009.
Vancouver: January 22 - 25, 2009.
 
2. PayPal.  Mastercard, Visa, or Paypal account are all accepted. USD$20. The PayPal buttons are located on www.renedian.com. Postage is included in the USD$20.
 
3. It is possible to mail a cheque or money order to me in Edmonton and I will mail the calendar to you. Make Money Orders or cheques payable to Rene Cormier. If it is being shipped to a Canadian address, please send CAD$20. If it is being send to a US or overseas address, please send USD$20.
