What is EFT?
Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT, is based on the principal of acupuncture, using gentle tapping pressure rather than needles to realign the body’s energy meridians.
Yet EFT is more than mere tapping. By focusing on specific energetic points on the body that correspond to unresolved emotional issues, EFT’s gentle tapping can help to identify and resolve the underlying sources of physical disease, psychological dysfunction, and lack of overall satisfaction.
How does tapping affect emotions?
Negative emotional experiences disrupt the body’s energy patterns and can become “lodged” in its energy meridians. The physical changes you feel from those disruptions, such as pain or anxiety, become attached to the memory of that experience and begin to affect the way you see the world. Once EFT begins to clear out emotional “debris,” the body can begin to return to its natural state of health.
EFT helps to release negative memories from the body’s energy meridians, remove the associated physical discomfort, and allow a return to health.
