passion you Leon are putting into yachting the announcement
to abandon business is not a surprise.
We are born into this world and given a certain amount of time.
In the western world we strive to collect wealth, power and secure
our pension. But what is the point of beeing old and rich, when
you realize that you traded your youth away against something
so trivial as money.
The true value is time and how we spend it, and the very question ;
"Why are we here ?" is in total correspondance with your decision.

Hi. I note from your very interesting website that you have installed a Odelco DCC2000 battery condition monitor. I bought an Enderlein-designed HR42 in Hamburg 4 years ago and sailed her home to the west coast of Scotland via Denmark, the Bohuslan coast of Sweden and Norway. The boat is fitted with an Odelco instrument like yours but I have no instruction manual. Any advice on the operation of the instrument would be most welcome. my three brothers and i will be returning to sweden for another vacation in june / july of 2005. we are avid sailors here in the usa (for 22 years i have owned a swedish built albin)we are interested in chartering for a few days or a week near stockholm, gothenburg or possibly lake vanern. could you possibly provide some information on chartering opportunities, in these or other locations.
