From an early age, I have been fascinated with food and flavor.  I grew up with a mother and grandmother who saw food as a way of bringing joy to others, and their culinary talents continue to inspire me today.  Many of their recipes are now staples in our kitchen.


A mix of Italian, German and Brazilian heritage, opened my eyes to a wide range of cuisine.  As my husband and I traveled the world I also had the opportunity to learn from the best chefs in different schools across the United States and Europe.


My inspiration has always been to combine the beauty and creativity of contemporary culinary arts with a taste of home.

Ana Leticia graduated from the Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute of Orlando, Florida in 2005.  She spent a year apprenticing with a chocolatier in Franklin, Tennessee and has a passion for plate presentation.  Ana Leticia’s creativity offers new perspectives and she is a key team member when Blushing Berry caters large events.
