Macros & Addons
In case you feel you aren't being lazy enough here are some macros and addons that'll give you less to do and think about.
Macros
Auto Attack/Sinister Strike:
#showtooltip Sinister Strike
/startattack
/cast Sinister Strike
You'll start attacking even if you don't have the energy for a Sinister Strike. Good for getting a little more DPS in when switching from one trash mob to another, and you can remote the Auto Attack button from your bar.
Auto Attack/Sinister Strike/Feint:
#showtooltip Sinister Strike
/startattack
/cast Feint
/cast Sinister Strike
Same as the Auto Attack/Sinister Strike macro, but now you'll use Feint first and Sinister Strike only if Feint is on cooldown. Only use this if you have a lot of aggro issues.
Stealth/Vanish In One:
#showtooltip
/cast [nostealth,nocombat] Stealth
/cast [nostealth,combat] Vanish
Place this macro in your normal bar and the normal Stealth button in your stealth bar. If you’re out of combat it will stealth you. If you’re in combat it will activate vanish.
Pick Pocket All The Time
#showtooltip X
/cast Pick Pocket
/stopcasting
/cast X
X is any stealth attack, including Cheap Shot, Ambush, Garrote, and even Sinister Strike. Just don't do this with Sap, that can lead to wipes.
Addons
AutoProfitX - Sells your junk for you as soon as you speak to a vendor.
OmniCC - Shows count down numbers for any cooldown you have running on your hot keys.
Poisoner - If you use Deadly Poison and Instant Poison then use this to apply poisons to your weapons more easily.
PoisonMaster - Helps you buy and make poisons w/o having to do math in your head.
Quick Repair - Repairs your gear for you as soon as you speak to a repair vendor.
SpamIam - Cuts out all of the "error message" spams you'll get just smashing your Sinister Strike button/macro.
