My new life as a sycophant
So I’m just going to use this opportunity to say flat out that this might be the coolest thing that has ever happened to ANYONE I know. Long story short, my friend Jessica Ketola was asked to sing with Sting in front of many thousand people at the Gorge Amphitheatre this weekend. He has never done this (asked a fan to come up on stage and sing with him). Ever. But he heard her sing, and well, the rest is history. Watching that video gives me the SHIVERS!!!! Congratulations, Jess! I’m so happy you were chosen and that all those people got to hear your incredible talent. You really are worthy of sharing the stage with the Police. Next time I see you I might have to bow down and kiss your feet and I know several people who are big enough Sting fans that they might pay money to walk by and touch the hem of your garment. Kind of like they do with the Pope. Kind of. Because Sting is WAY hotter than the Pope.
