Most of you who are reading this probably have already heard that last week, Cameron Piorek, grandson of Ed and Janet Piorek and son of Brandon and Kelly, broke his back in a Lacrosse game. I don’t even begin to know what to write about this and just putting the picture on my website has brought me to tears. Again. You can go to the link below to get updates about how things are going. This is very helpful for those who are far away but want to know how to pray. Because, really, what else can we do in a situation like this, where we are so directly confronted with our humanity, or mortality, our fear, our desperation, and maybe, the source of all our hope? So please pray for Cameron and his family in this extremely difficult time.
