Welcome

Taskitulator

A single piece of A4 becomes a wallet-sized project manager for five projects, five actions each, ten contacts and a calander. Not quite GTD, but a nice tool to help you get there.

Thank you for visiting this web page, the home of The Taskitulator; the one sided, one piece of paper that can help you get on with stuff and get things done (do I sound like a used car salesman yet?) It's kind of like a good breakfast cereal that is only good for you if it's part of a healthy lifestyle; This won't change your life, it won’t make women want to sleep with you and it may even draw some strange looks but it will help you if you want to get things done (just don’t wear too many pens in your shirt pocket... please!)

Why The Taskitulator?

This is designed to be simple for one simple reason; I'm simple. I'm also disorganised. So I thought this might help after I was inspired by The Walleteer and 43Folders' Hipster PDA. They're brilliant, but I figured that the best way to get something specifically for me is to do it myself and since I'm using it and finding (so far) that it does actually help, I thought I'd share it with the rest of the connected world.

What Is The Taskitulator?
It is a one-sided piece of A4 paper that, when folded, allows you to have a pocketable way to organise small tasks and/or projects. You can have an overall context and up to five projects. So, for example, your context could be 'The Office' and the projects could be specific objectives (such as 'Get the Printer To The Client') or general areas (such as 'Finance'). I'll look at these in the next section.

Is Taskitulator Original?
No. This sort of thing is being done all over the place. This is just my little site to share what I've got.

A Warm Welcome
