Here we are, week number two in the Burgoo site on Main Street. Things are coming together rather nicely, the scratch and base coats were applied last week and the finish coats this week. I like the layout of this old farm house restaurant. There are at least 30 different walls surfaces receiving the Tadelakt. This allows me the time to work in smaller sections without having to worry about the finish getting away from me.
The 3rd coat is my favourite to apply, it just feels so silky and smooth like butter. Can’t wait to try it in a contemporary setting.
