...has been proven to be beneficial to your health while increasing your life span. Please allow me to explain:
[For those of you who watch what you eat, here's the final word on nutrition and health: It's a relief to know the truth after all those conflicting, nutritional studies........]

CONCLUSION:
Eat and drink what you like.
Speaking English is apparently what kills you.
Our studies go well. We are using a process that has us mainly just listening to the language helper for the first one hundred hours. The idea being that we will learn to recognize many hundreds of words in that time span so when we actually start to speak in intelligent sentences we should be able to be somewhat understood by the locals.
Learning this way has the feel of gardening. We are having many words planted within us that are being nutured through listening, physical response, and much review with the trust that we will reap a bountiful harvest in the right season.
It has been tough not being able to carry on intelligent conversations with people, even little people. You find you have this strong desire to relate to the people around you, you know what you want to say but don’t have the right words to say them in. I look forward to that day in the future when I am able to do that in Albanian with Albanians.
