The Right Side of the Road

Although the two guys above look like they are about to perform root canal work on some poor victim, the reverse is more the truth.

Step up Chefs Kevin Dundon and Eddie Dijiali. Kevin you know by now...Eddie is our shiny new Executive Chef for Raglan Road KC MO. We found Eddie in London England, where he was a key member of UK Celebrity Chef Gary Rhodes.

Eddie (whose Missus hails from Omaha) packed his bags and their young son and travelled west to join our team for KC. Eddie has been busy ever since as he learns how to drive on the wrong side of the road, work out that a biscuit is a scone and not a cookie, that chips are crisps not fries, and that cell companies offer the same crappy service this side of the pond too.

We welcome Eddie. If you spot him on the road....keep your distance.

Above, our new General Manager Mr Scott Hastings, captured during intensive research of KC’s bars. All very admirable Mr H, but not a very Irish Pubby looking drink nor pose...eh?

Looks like he’s having high tea with Queen Liz in Buckingham Palace to our mind.

In fairness, the chap comes from Vegas (where he ran our other humble abode “Nine Fine Irishmen”) so he is accustomed to things glamorous.

Siegfreid and Roy, Liberarce etc etc.

Note to Owners: Put GM on 7 pint Guinness per day regimen.
