Well look no further - Bodymetrics at Harrods will provide the ultimate women’s made to measure suits, in collaboration with the UK’s leading designers and tailors. Vivienne Westwood, Nick Tentis and Nick Holland will offer styles exclusively for women - choose from the ideal black suit, couture elegance and quirky personal design details such as photo buttons.
Inspired by the traditions of Savile Row tailoring and the use of cutting edge technology, Bodymetrics provide an extraordinary way of buying made to measure suits, hand-tailored to the contours of your body but requiring as little as a few seconds to secure the most accurate body measurements in existence. The breathtaking Bodymetrics space is a fusion of superlative aesthetics and groundbreaking technology which will enhance the client experience. The Bodymetrics service employs unique software which scans the body with rays of light, capturing over 200,000 data points, and producing a digital virtual replica of its dimensions. This incredibly accurate scan is then used to produce a pattern for garments which are tailored to the exact lines of your body –a unique method many times faster than traditional bespoke.
The Bodymetrics service offers more than a fit beaten only by skin. Following a quick scan, a consultant willdesign the perfect suit - offering choices of styles, fabrics and fit. Consultants are trained stylists, who will be able to guide customers towards a perfectly fitting and flattering design.
Vivienne Westwood is offering her signature hour-glass Amphora suit, a figure-hugging jacket cinched in at the waist, with oversize lapels and a single button, and a gloriously curvy pencil skirt. The Vivienne Westwood for Bodymetrics collection has two ranges, made to measure and couture. The made to measure skirt-suit starts from £1,500 with a selection of wool/cashmere suiting for day-wear and velvet for evening-wear.
A covetable Nick Tentis bespoke ladies’ suit follows the same razor sharp silhouette that made his men’s collections so popular. The two-button, single-breasted jacket is a short and fitted, and the trousers are low-cut and narrow leg. The made to measure trouser suit style starts from £950 and there is a range of luxurious, superfine, classic Savile Row suiting fabrics to choose from.

Nick Holland, meanwhile, brings his highly customized, highly individual jackets to the table – with a choice of five different fabrics, plus top collars made of silk, satin or suede; hand stitching in different colour threads and styles; and photo buttons, created using the customers’ own pictures. Nick Holland jackets are available from £750.
The made to measure range will be expanded each season, so the Bodymetrics customer will be able to take advantage of new cutting edge designs, adapted to their own taste, on a regular basis.
