Reiki  is a Japanese Relaxation Therapy. 

Sukhada has been doing  Reiki for ten  years and does it because she wants to help people and in the past she had major  health issues.  Reiki helped her immensely.

Within her Reiki Practice Sukhada also performs  Hot Stone Reiki,Lightwork, Reflexology, Aroma and  Flower Essence Therapies, Crystal Healing, Chakra Balancing, Dowsing , Sound Healing & Body Centered Therapy to increase natural healing energies throughout the body. 

Sukhada teaches Reiki to those interested in practicing the art of Reiki on themselves and  others.

Sukhada offers regular Reiki & Reflexology Workshops which are trial mini sessions for interested parties to come and learn more about these Therapies and their benefits.
