About the Artist
My fascination with faces began at the age of 17 after taking a free workshop through Sacred Heart University. Additional training came in the form of figure and other drawing classes while earning my bachelor’s degree in Art Education from Brigham Young University. I enjoy portraiture because it offers an original challenge with each new face.

An Enchanting Gift
A graphite portrait makes a wonderful personal gift for birthdays, anniversaries, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day or any occasion.
The Process
I work from photographs making the process very simple for the customer. You don’t need to have a posed portrait, the one shown to the left was done from a candid photograph. The photo itself was not very nice, but the expression was so sweet; I had to capture it. Find the photo you love then simply mail the photograph and I will translate it into a treasure that can be handed down for generations.
